Don’t give up on your body goals
When we think about having that slim
figure, it is always like a pipe dream, so near but so far. We resort to
certain dietician tips, might even try to hit the gym but the truth of the
matter is routine isn’t for everybody. Why must I have to run the treadmill and
still notice very slight change? Plus the people at the gym Oh God, always
acting like it’s a competition.
