5 reasons you are not losing any weight

5:30am, you are at the gym where you spend 45 minutes doing all sorts of acrobatic flips and turns. You are on a diet so strict that you dare not risk a glance at that hot steaming bowl of egusi soup and poundo for fear of gaining weight. You have been at it for 6months but every time you come off the weight scale, you remain disappointed because your efforts are not yielding any tangible results.
